When a prospect expresses interest, either through email or a phone call, we guide them to fill out a quick Project Application Form.
Application Acknowledgment: Upon receiving the application, we promptly acknowledge it and request additional information for the project.
Application Review: Our team reviews the application to ensure alignment with our guidelines. If we cannot fund the project ourselves, we proactively activate our extensive network to explore alternative funding options.
Executive Summary Development: An internal full executive summary of the project is developed.
Partner Analysis and Feedback: The Executive Summary is forwarded to select Prestige Partners for a quick deal analysis and feedback, along with a possible Loan Term Sheet.
Terms Communication and Paperwork Initiation: We communicate the terms and conditions to the clients and initiate the paperwork signing process.
Loan Application Submission: The client completes a formal loan application.
Document Collection: We collect the full loan documentation from the client for processing by the underwriter.
Commencement of Due Diligence: The due diligence process begins. Note: While we don’t charge any upfront fees, some Prestige Partners may require an initial processing fee, payable directly to them.
Completion of Due Diligence: The due diligence is successfully completed.
Final Review: A comprehensive final review of the entire process is conducted.
Loan Document Settlement: The finalized loan document is sent to the Closing Office for settlement.
